Terrane is named for exactly that quality: a surface that has arrived from somewhere ancient, bearing its fracture lines and tonal gradients as evidence of a long journey. Crafted from 100% New Zealand wool through a hand tufted technique, it brings the authority of deep earth into any interior. At 15–20 mm thickness, it settles like bedrock — permanent, warm, and entirely itself.

Vacuum once a week. Gently brush surface to remove dust. Blot with paper & remove spills immediately. Use professional carpet cleaning services only.

Return Process:

• Submit high-quality images from multiple angles within 48 hours

• Buyer covers return shipping costs
• Replacement is applicable only for the original design purchased, requests for a different design will be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to stock availability.
• Refund processed within 48 hours after inspection

• 5% administrative deduction applied
