Notification of Defects:

- Include four images of the damaged rug or carpet and a thorough video recording when reporting the defect.
Coverage:
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the rug's function, structure, or appearance.
- Damage caused by external factors, such as accidents, improper maintenance, or exposure to harsh conditions, is not covered under the warranty.
Proof of Purchase:
- Warranties necessitate proof of the original purchase from our site and are non-transferrable.
Resolution:
- If the defect is within the warranty coverage, we will provide the best possible resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund based on our assessment.
- If a new rug is provided as a replacement under warranty, the remaining warranty period will be determined by the original purchase date of the replaced rug.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, colour fading over time, or changes in texture or appearance due to usage.
Logistics:
- Customers are accountable for logistic expenses when returning the rug for assessment.
- We can facilitate pickup and delivery of the damaged rug for customer convenience if the defect qualifies for warranty coverage.
Limitations:
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the rug at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the specified criteria or are deemed to be outside the scope of coverage.
Claim Process:
- Upon receipt of a warranty claim, we will assess the defect and communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe.
- Customers must cooperate with our assessment process, including providing necessary documentation and access to the damaged rug for inspection.
