The Rune rug is inscribed with the simple, powerful language of design. Its bold lines are woven from 100% jute, a material as ancient as the stories it tells. The firm flat weave, at a grounding 5–7 mm thickness, imbues the room with a sense of quiet, elemental meaning.

Vacuum once a week. Gently brush surface to remove dust. Blot with paper & remove spills immediately. Use professional carpet cleaning services only.

Return Eligibility:

• Manufacturing defects only

Return Process:

• Submit high-quality images from multiple angles within 48 hours
• Arrange free pickup coordination with our team
• Buyer covers return shipping costs
• Replacement is applicable only for the original design purchased, requests for a different design will be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to stock availability.
• Refund processed within 48 hours after inspection

Refund Details:

• 5% administrative deduction applied
• Cancelled orders (post-production): 50% refund
• Stain coatings: non-refundable & non-transferable
