The herringbone lines running inside each dark block give the brun tone a directional depth that a flat fill would lose entirely. Crafted from 100% natural Jute with a breathable, coarse character, the hand weaving at 6–8 mm thickness ensures the brown reads as materially specific rather than generically dark. Against the natural cream of the Jute body, the brun squares hold the composition with settled, unhurried authority.
